Details:

-Lily Awad, MD can be reached out directly by residents to schedule a confidential psychiatric assessment.
-Documentation of the encounter will be done in a paper chart and not included in the EPIC system.
-Residents can be seen 3 times before being referred to another provider in the community. They can also choose to continue treatment at the MAH Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic, but will need to be registered as a patient in EPIC after their third session.
-Invoices for each session will be submitted to the Department of Medical Education. Up to 3 sessions will be covered by the Department of Medical Education.
-Information in these confidential sessions will not be communicated back to program leadership.
